To remain competitive in today's rapidly evolving landscape, Alight Solutions, a global leader in HR solutions, partnered with EX3 Labs on a transformative journey with three key goals: creating a mobile app for knowledge sharing across the organization, fostering a global culture of innovation, and implementing an efficient idea rating and prioritization.
In its pursuit of transformation and innovation, Alight Solutions worked with EX3 Labs embarked to challenge conventional wisdom, uncover methods that would enable Alight to meet accelerating consumer demands, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability throughout the organization.

The result of this collaborative effort was the birth of 'Spark Tank,' a mobile application equipped with instructional videos, design thinking exercises, and a dedicated idea collection tool. This innovative platform empowered Alight employees, facilitating the submission of more than 300 ideas to the organization's leadership. EX3 Labs further streamlined the process by developing a rating system and evaluation framework, ultimately identifying 13 winning concepts that underwent refinement sessions led by their experts.
