The interactive displays provided education and inspiration by highlighting pivotal career moments and advice for the next generation of leaders. Attendees could scan their mobile device over the interactive displays’ QR code to unlock exclusive one-on-one video interviews. In a secondary room, guests were greeted by life-size holograms of executives at the company, sharing their words of wisdom and proudest accomplishments from their time at Northern Trust.

While taking the opportunity to honor accomplishments within the company, attendees also played EX3’s Inner-Action™ card game, which prompted small groups to have thoughtful discussions around challenging workplace scenarios. These scenarios were customized to address current topics in diversity and inclusion, helping to build leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
