The University of Florida’s Office of Small Business and Vendor Diversity contacted EX3 Labs to understand how the experience design firm could manage initiatives that enable fundamental shifts in the way that the department thinks, operates and serves. EX3 Labs hosted a workshop that would help the department create a strategic diversity growth plan.
